Il problema della preminenza delle leggi UE o delle costituzioni nazionali è annoso e predata di decenni il recente pronunciamento dell'alta corte polacca. Una possibile soluzione sarebbe quella di riconoscere un ruolo alle corti costituzionali degli Stati membri.

Recently the Polish Constitutional Tribunal rejected the principle of the primacy of EU law over national legislation. This decision came in the midst of a dispute between Warsaw and the EU Commission. With the help of experts from Poland and Hungary we’ll try to understand the issue and its implications for all Europe - Italy included.
