These are the "Main Theses" of the report "Between Europe of Nations and Superstate. Doctrinal, Legal and Economic Aspects of the Project for Greater Integration in the European Union," edited by Bartosz Zalewski and Tymoteusz Zych and published by the Warsaw-based Collegium Intermarium.
Recently the Polish Constitutional Tribunal rejected the principle of the primacy of EU law over national legislation. This decision came in the midst of a dispute between Warsaw and the EU Commission. With the help of experts from Poland and Hungary we’ll try to understand the issue and its implications for all Europe - Italy included.
