La Polonia non è "anti-europea", ma semplicemente fedele ai trattati, quando rivendica di essere uno Stato sovrano e respinge le interpretazioni radicali sulla supremazia del diritto UE, che dovrebbe sovrascrivere ogni costituzione e legislazione nazionale anche senza conferimento di poteri all'Unione.
