Using mainly the Internet and social media to spread, within the enemy population, discord, turmoil, moral enervation, self-destructive ideologies. The purpose: to win the enemy without even fighting it. This is the cognitive warfare (already underway) analyzed by Emanuel Pietrobon in the "MachiavelliDossier" titled Cognitive warfare. The new hybrid threat.

The dossier will be presented at the Chamber of Deputies, in the Press Room of Palazzo Montecitorio (Via della Missione 4, Rome), on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6 pm.

Panelists will include the author, Emanuel Pietrobon (geopolitical analyst), General Carmine Masiello (Deputy Chief of Defense Staff) and Daniele Scalea (President of Centro Studi Machiavelli).
