A few months ago, with general and midterm elections, respectively, new political cycles opened in Italy and the US. While the Center-Right moved into government in Italy, in America the Republican Party won a majority in the House of Representatives. This fact, in addition to the traditional alliance that binds the two countries and overcomes factional barriers, encourages reviving the Italian-American dialogue also within conservative circles.

Italian and American experts, gathered in Rome under an initiative by the Machiavelli Center for Political and Strategic Studies, of the Heritage Foundation and of theInternational Republican Institute, will meet to discuss the hottest issues of the moment (scroll down the page to see the full program).

The event will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Sala Salvadori in the Parliamentary Groups Building of the Chamber of Deputies, Via Uffici del Vicario 21, Rome. Registration is required for attendance (click to fill out the form otherwise send us an e-mail) by midnight on the day before the conference. The working language is English.
